Grill Society BBQ Rub - Hunter
Make all Iamb amazing with the addition of this mouth watering rub. It's great on grilled and roasted Iamb (and other meats) but we especially love it when cooked over charcoal to enhance the natural flavour. Our rub delivers a delicious caramelised coating which is very tasty, whilst remaining relatively mild to suit all tastes. ;
Drizzle meat with olive oil then coat the surface evenly with a generous coat of rub (be sure to rub it in for best results!). Refrigerate meat, ideally overnight, but at least for a couple of hours. Before cooking, leave meat to rest at room temperature for 30-40mins. Remember to rest meat well before serving, it makes all the difference. ;
Works great for all cuts: Shoulder, Leg, Gyros, Chops & Cutlets
Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Brown Sugar (10%), Chilli (10%), Garlic, Onion, Paprika, Coriander Ground, Coffee Ground, Black Pepper, Yeast Extract.
May contain traces of wheat, soybean, milk, peanuts & sesame.
