Ingredients:
Salt, Dextrose, Sugar, Mineral Salt(451), Antioxidant(316), Spices, SODIUM NITRATE(251), Sodium Nitrite(250), Spice Extract, Vegetable Oil, Herb Extract.
Use:
1kg mix to 22.5kg pork and/or beef trimmings.
Emulsion to be <4 degress when made.
